Our Philosophy
Our school is a contemporary learning center that successfully caters to Jewish families from all walks of life. Our school welcomes every Jew, regardless of religious background or level of observance. It is for this reason that our school does not require any membership or prior affiliations as a condition for enrollment.
Chabad Hebrew School was created with one goal in mind - to offer all Jewish children, even those with little or no background - an education and memories that will inspire them for a lifetime.
Sunday Hebrew school is the beginning of Jewish learning, not the end.
To provide education that will instill pride, a sense of history, love for the land of Israel and a genuine understanding of what Judaism is all about.
Get Involved In Your Child's Education!
Studies show that when a parent is involved in their child's educational experience, the child's schooling is more effective. All parents want their children to succeed in school and become accomplished members of society. When enrolling your child in Hebrew School, you demonstrate to your child that Judaism is an integral part of your life. And you want it to be an integral part of theirs.
Chabad Hebrew School offers many opportunities for parental involvement. We invite our parents to take advantage of our many adult education classes, the wealth of information located on our website, as well as our community, youth, cultural and Shabbat & Holiday events. Experience has shown parallel parental communal involvement to be a great motivator and support system for Hebrew School students.
Additionally, we welcome parent volunteers at our extra-curricular Hebrew school events and holiday programming.
Parents encourage education when they display a sincere interest in the subjects their children are studying and when they demonstrate to their children that they truly value education themselves.
